Your first five experiments are free. Pay when you run a program.
Reading your repo, proposing experiments, and tracking your users costs us little, so it costs you nothing — and every signup gets five real experiments shipped end to end, no card required. Paid plans start where the sixth PR starts.

? Pricing questions
What the quota actually meters.
Every number below is the one the product enforces. If a plan says three experiments a month, that is three merged pull requests.
What actually counts against my plan?
Merged experiment pull requests. Proposals, variant assignments, and the statistics are not metered — the quota tracks the experiments Trevo wrote that your team actually shipped. Plans also cap how many experiments run at once (one on Free, two on Starter, five on Growth) and how many monthly tracked users you send.
What if we close a pull request without merging it?
It never counts. If you read the diff and decide the experiment is not worth running, that round is free. The quota meters shipped work, not attempts.
Is the free tier a trial that expires?
No. The five free experiment PRs are lifetime credits, not a monthly allowance and not a countdown — they sit there until you use them. Free also includes the repo scan, the funnel map, 25,000 monthly tracked users, and three team members, with proposals capped at eight.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every signup gets five experiment PRs written, monitored, and cleaned up end to end with no payment method on file. The first five are free on every plan, so subscribing does not spend them.
What happens when we run out of quota?
Nothing breaks and nothing is dropped. With a card on file you continue at a per-unit overage rate — $119 per experiment PR on Free, $99 on Starter, $89 on Growth — and you can set a monthly overage budget or switch it off entirely. Every tier is cheaper per unit than the one below it, so upgrading is always the better deal.
Are the statistics limited on the cheaper plans?
No. mSPRT sequential testing, guardrail auto-pause, and the cleanup pull request are on every plan including Free. The plan changes how much you can run, never how the result is measured.
