Prices are set primarily based on monthly tracked users and number of experiments. For monthly tracked users, every paid plan includes an allowance (25,000 on Starter, 100,000 on Growth) and bills a flat $10 per 1,000 users above it, counted once at the end of each billing period. For experiments, each plan includes a monthly quota of experiments that go live (3 on Starter, 20 on Growth), with extra experiments at $99 on Starter and $89 on Growth. On Starter, seats beyond the plan are also $29 each per month.

A distinct user or anonymous visitor your SDK sees during the billing period, across every workspace in your organization, whether or not they land in an experiment. Known bot traffic is excluded. Starter covers up to 100,000 monthly users and Growth up to 500,000; beyond that, Enterprise.

An experiment that goes live. Trevo writes the pull request, you merge it, the experiment starts and the quota ticks once. Proposals, drafts, and pull requests you close without merging never count. Plans separately include capacity for workspaces, team members, and context repositories; there is no cap on how many experiments run at once.

No. The quota resets each billing period, so launching 2 of 3 on Starter gives you 3 again next period, not 4. The one allowance that carries over is the first 5 experiments, which are free on every plan and sit until you use them.

No. The five free experiments are lifetime credits, not a monthly allowance and not a countdown — they sit there until you use them. Free also includes the repo scan, the funnel map, 25,000 monthly tracked users, and two team members.

No. Every signup gets five experiments written, monitored, and cleaned up end to end with no payment method on file. The first five are free on every plan, so subscribing does not spend them.

Traffic above a plan’s included allowance bills at $10 per 1,000 users until the plan’s ceiling (100,000 on Starter, 500,000 on Growth); past the ceiling, Trevo asks you to move up a tier. Extra experiments and seats bill at the listed per-unit rates, and never silently: when you approve or start an experiment past your quota, or invite a seat past your plan, Trevo shows the price and asks you to confirm it first. Without a card on file the action is held instead, and your existing work keeps running. Event ingestion always continues.

No. mSPRT sequential testing, guardrail auto-pause, and the cleanup pull request are on every plan including Free. The plan changes how much you can run, never how the result is measured.
